What you will do

• Ship production GenAI applications (RAG, agentic workflows) from architecture through deployment and evaluation.
• Own the full technical stack of engagements, including data plumbing, orchestration, APIs, and minimal UI.
• Drive technical pre-sales through rapid PoCs, architecture workshops, and live demos for strategic clients.
• Design and document systems that ensure compliance with GDPR and the EU AI Act from the start.
• Distill deployment patterns into internal accelerators, reference architectures, and tooling.
• Mentor delivery teams and represent the company at technical meetups and conferences.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work in Athens, Greece (Hybrid).
• Fluent Greek and English are required.
• 5+ years of experience in software or ML engineering, with 2+ years specifically in applied GenAI.
• Proven track record of shipping LLM applications (RAG, agents) to real users.
• Strong LLMOps discipline, including eval design, regression testing, and cost/latency optimization.
• Full-stack proficiency with Python, modern orchestration frameworks, and Azure (Databricks/AI Foundry is a plus).
