What you will do

• Lead the transition to autonomous data strategies by owning the organization's single source of truth.
• Implement cutting-edge GenAI solutions and tools to improve team efficiency and user self-service.
• Orchestrate a fleet of AI-powered agents to transform the BI division into a proactive service center.
• Establish a governed semantic layer to centralize business logic and ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into LLM-powered workflows.
• Develop structured evaluation plans to test workflows against accuracy, reliability, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a BI Developer or Data Engineer focusing on DWH design and dimensional modeling.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI or automation within BI and analytics processes.
• Mastery of SQL and deep experience with Snowflake, Airflow, and dbt.
• Experience using AI-native development environments such as Claude or Cursor.
• Deep understanding of Semantic Layers for business logic centralization.
• Strong passion for LLMs and a desire to build category-defining AI-driven products.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, API integration, and AI automation.
• Experience with RAG, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Vector DBs.
• Experience deploying AI/Data products in high-scale production environments with CI/CD.
• Practical implementation of RLS, RBAC, and OAuth within AI-to-Data layers.
• Ability to build pipelines for unstructured data such as PDFs, Slack, and CRM notes.
