What you will do

• Design and deliver AI-powered analytics solutions on hirify.global Cloud using LLMs, APIs, and semantic models.
• Prototype agentic solutions, translating business requirements into agent flows and integration patterns using MCP/A2A protocols.
• Lead end-to-end customer engagements as a technical advisor, specifically for the US market.
• Implement AI capabilities via prompt design, structured outputs, embeddings, and vector search.
• Collaborate across consulting, product, and sales teams to ensure scalable and maintainable implementations.
• Develop reusable solution templates and delivery methodologies for agentic projects.

Requirements

• Proven customer-facing consulting experience in data architecture and analytical requirements.
• Technical proficiency in prototyping with AI coding tools and a solid grasp of data modeling and ELT patterns.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities (APIs, RAG, tool calling, embeddings) into real applications.
• Understanding of enterprise AI concerns including hallucination management, governance, and security.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global, headless BI, or multi-tenant analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of vector databases (Qdrant), RAG patterns, or LLM evaluation pipelines.
• Experience with MCP or A2A protocols for AI agent connectivity.
• Familiarity with local inference servers like vLLM, TEI, or Ollama.
