What you will do

• Lead civil engineering strategy across the self-build infrastructure portfolio.
• Partner with engineering consultants and EPC firms to develop designs for hyperscale AI campuses.
• Optimize site grading, earthwork, drainage, foundations, and utility routing.
• Develop structural standards supporting high floor loading, vibration control, and durability.
• Establish modular and prefabricated engineering approaches to improve repeatability.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, power, and cooling teams throughout design and construction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in large-scale industrial, mission-critical, or data center facilities.
• Strong understanding of site development, structural systems, and utility coordination.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams through design and construction.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience designing hyperscale data centers.
• Familiarity with modular construction or prefabricated infrastructure.
• Knowledge of geotechnical engineering.
