What you will do

• Own the maintenance and reliability of critical infrastructure assets across the campus.
• Serve as the subject-matter expert for fluid and HVAC components.
• Commission systems and validate performance to ensure operational excellence.
• Implement predictive maintenance protocols to minimize downtime.
• Drive root-cause investigations for equipment failures and execute corrective actions.
• Support equipment selection, sizing, and procurement processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• 1+ years of professional experience working with fluid components such as valves, pumps, compressors, or heat exchangers.
• Strong communication skills and ability to share knowledge concisely.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, flat organizational structure.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with data acquisition equipment and test instrumentation.
• Proficiency in NX or other CAD packages with knowledge of GD&T.
• Experience with structural analysis and pressurized structures.
• Background in aerospace or high-tech hardware environments.
