TL;DR

Autonomy Designer (Scrum Master) (Robotics): Facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching cross-functional teams in the delivery of MineStar® autonomous mining solutions with an accent on SAFe® framework implementation and continuous improvement. Focus on removing impediments, managing dependencies, and driving operational excellence within a complex robotics and embedded software environment.

Location: Must work onsite at the Laval, QC office five days a week. No relocation assistance or visa sponsorship provided.

Salary: $96,260 – $120,320 USD

What you will do

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure focused execution.
• Coach teams on Agile principles, fostering self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Identify, track, and resolve blockers to maintain smooth and continuous delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog refinement and prioritization.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and monitor delivery metrics to provide stakeholder visibility.
• Support Program Increment (PI) planning and ensure alignment with program objectives.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Laval, QC.
• Must have valid Canadian work authorization; no sponsorship available.
• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in technical troubleshooting and software product testing.
• Understanding of AI concepts and programming languages relevant to robotics or embedded systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience working within SAFe Agile Release Trains.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Lean product development.
• Experience with Agile management tools like Azure DevOps.
• Background in the construction, mining, or robotics industries.
