What you will do

• Serve as a servant leader and coach for Agile Release Trains (ARTs), enabling team self-management and alignment.
• Optimize end-to-end flow of value using SAFe flow metrics such as Velocity, Time, Load, and Distribution.
• Facilitate critical ART events, including planning ceremonies, ART Syncs (Scrum of Scrums, PO Sync), and System Demos.
• Manage and visualize cross-team dependencies and risks, escalating impediments to ensure predictable delivery.
• Own the tracking and reporting of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and delivery measurements.
• Collaborate with System Architects and Engineering Leads to ensure architectural alignment and sustainable value flow.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering in scaled Agile environments (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, SoS).
• Proven track record of coaching large teams and leading large-scale transformational efforts.
• Expertise in digital product delivery and experience reporting on OKRs.
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD, and digital architecture (solution, data, and integration).
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Waterloo, Ontario.

Nice to have

• Certifications: CSP, CSC, Scrum Master, KMP, CAL-e, SAFe RTE, SA, or SPC.
• Active participation in Agile or Kanban communities of practice.
