Salary: 125,000 - 195,000 CAD

What you will do
- Serve as a servant leader and coach for Agile Release Trains (ARTs), enabling team self-management and alignment.
- Optimize end-to-end flow of value using SAFe flow metrics such as Velocity, Time, Load, and Distribution.
- Facilitate critical ART events, including planning ceremonies, ART Syncs (Scrum of Scrums, PO Sync), and System Demos.
- Manage and visualize cross-team dependencies and risks, escalating impediments to ensure predictable delivery.
- Own the tracking and reporting of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and delivery measurements.
- Collaborate with System Architects and Engineering Leads to ensure architectural alignment and sustainable value flow.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering in scaled Agile environments (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, SoS).
- Proven track record of coaching large teams and leading large-scale transformational efforts.
- Expertise in digital product delivery and experience reporting on OKRs.
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD, and digital architecture (solution, data, and integration).
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Waterloo, Ontario.
Nice to have
- Certifications: CSP, CSC, Scrum Master, KMP, CAL-e, SAFe RTE, SA, or SPC.
- Active participation in Agile or Kanban communities of practice.
