TL;DR

Customer Success Onboarding Specialist (IoT): Facilitating the implementation and onboarding process for new SMB customers with an accent on product training, platform configuration, and driving early value realization. Focus on building strong customer relationships, troubleshooting initial technical hurdles, and collaborating with senior CSMs to ensure a seamless transition to long-term account management.

Location: Must be based in Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid model).

What you will do

  • Facilitate onboarding and implementation for new SMB customers through training workshops and configuration guidance.
  • Document customer objectives and success criteria to create tailored onboarding plans.
  • Monitor customer health and progress during the first 60 days, proactively identifying and resolving risks.
  • Collaborate with Support and Product teams to troubleshoot issues and improve onboarding playbooks.
  • Track and report on key onboarding metrics such as time-to-first-value and product adoption.
  • Ensure smooth handoffs from Sales and successful transitions to ongoing account management.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Dutch (verbal and written) is required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success, onboarding, or customer support.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Amsterdam office.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple engagements simultaneously.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS, IoT, or technology products.
  • Experience with CRM or ticketing tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, or Gainsight.
  • Knowledge of AI applications in customer experience.
