What you will do

• Lead the digital onboarding process to ensure customer needs are met in the French market
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve sensor installation issues quickly and efficiently
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing technical questions and challenges
• Identify and pass upsell and cross-sell opportunities to Account Executives
• Optimize onboarding processes based on direct customer feedback
• Advise customers on sensor installation and measurement best practices tailored to their needs

Requirements

• HBO level education with 6+ months of relevant experience in sales, customer success, or support
• Fluent written and spoken French
• Fluent English proficiency
• Comfortable using onboarding tools and explaining technical products to clients
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to build strong customer relationships
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines
