What you will do

• Manage end-to-end merchant onboarding from deal closure to successful launch.
• Guide new merchants through portal setup, profile configuration, and payment integration.
• Conduct onboarding calls to ensure clear communication of processes, timelines, and requirements.
• Build and refine onboarding checklists, playbooks, and internal documentation to scale operations.
• Proactively identify and eliminate friction points within the merchant setup journey.
• Coordinate internally with Product, Ops, and Success teams to ensure smooth handovers and go-lives.

Requirements

• Experience in onboarding, implementation, account setup, or operations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple merchant tracks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical steps for customers.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English is required.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on ownership and follow-through.

Nice to have

• Experience in hospitality, SaaS, e-commerce, marketplaces, or logistics.
• Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Stripe, or Shopify.
• Background in improving operational processes and documentation.
