What you will do

- Support customers in configuring connections between their source code management platforms and the product.
- Guide leads through the service offering and onboarding process to ensure a successful first contact.
- Inspect provided information and draft detailed reports for clients.
- Manage the process of drafting legal language for written agreements to fit specific customer requirements.
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer success or a similar client-facing role.
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Familiarity with LegalTech concepts.
- Analytical thinking and a proactive attitude with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
