hirify.global is building a Connected Restaurant Management System to streamline hospitality operations.

What you will do

  • Own first-response communication across chat, email, and phone for all merchants
  • Diagnose and resolve product issues by collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Ops
  • Meet and exceed CSAT, QA, and speed targets in a high-pace environment
  • Create documentation and proactive education materials based on merchant feedback
  • Implement and optimize AI-powered workflows to improve internal company processes

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Amsterdam
  • Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Creative problem-solving skills and empathy towards hospitality businesses
  • Persistence in following tickets through to a final resolution
  • Ability to handle scheduled on-call time

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Italian, Spanish, Danish, German, or Finnish
