Location: Must be based in the United States (Baltimore, MD / Rockville, MD / Remote / Hybrid). Top Secret Clearance required.

Salary: $83,545–$107,415 per year.

What you will do

• Process requests for legal advice, document review, and technical assistance.
• Conduct complex legal research and synopsize transcripts for attorney use.
• Draft preliminary legal memoranda, motions, briefs, and correspondence.
• Perform eDiscovery tasks including privilege reviews, redactions, and privilege log creation.
• Maintain case management databases and track metrics for OGC-LITB.
• Coordinate classification reviews and communicate with FBI personnel regarding document production.

Requirements

• Must hold or be eligible for Top Secret Clearance.
• Paralegal certificate, JD, or current enrollment in an ABA-accredited law school (min. 1 year completed).
• Minimum 2 years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in automated litigation support.
• Proficiency in legal research tools (LEXIS, Westlaw) and eDiscovery platforms (Veritas, Adobe Pro).
• Sound working knowledge of federal and state court systems.

Nice to have

• Trial experience.
• Experience with Sentinel or FBI internal policy databases.
