What you will do

• Design, deploy, and configure hotel IT systems including PMS and POS.
• Manage network security components such as firewall rules, VPNs, and VLANs.
• Perform Windows server administration and Active Directory management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to hospitality management systems.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation for deployments and support procedures.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure technical deliverables meet milestones.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 2-4 years of experience in a Windows-based server environment.
• Experience with hospitality systems like PMS (e.g., Opera, Micros) and POS.
• Solid understanding of L2/L3 network topology (DHCP, DNS, VPN, VLAN, BGP).
• Experience with virtualization platforms like VMware or Hyper-V.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Fortinet solutions.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Server+.
