Salary: $126,000 - $150,000 USD

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end social creative lifecycle, from intake and briefing to final delivery.
• Maintain project timelines, workback schedules, and trackers to ensure projects remain on scope and on schedule.
• Facilitate creative review and approval processes, managing feedback cycles across global teams.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Social Strategy, Creative, IMC, and Production teams to remove roadblocks.
• Build and improve operational processes, governance, and workflows to enhance scalability.
• Manage the operating rhythm for creative-focused meetings, ensuring accountability and clear action items.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Project Management.
• 5+ years of experience in creative operations, project management, or marketing operations.
• Must be able to work onsite 3x a week in Needham, MA or New York, NY.
• Proven ability to manage complex creative workflows in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with experience building detailed project plans and trackers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
