AI-First Sales Enablement Operator (AI)

Location: Must be based in Tunisia. The role is fully remote, but requires meaningful overlap with US Pacific working hours.

Salary: Up to €25,000 per year.

What you will do

• Build and run the conversion engine using AI-first systems, including structured proof and module libraries.
• Maintain approved claims and evidence libraries to serve as guardrails for AI workflows.
• Draft and produce case studies and pitch decks by directing AI agents and performing human verification.
• Own RFP and procurement readiness by managing standard answers, credentials, and methodology assets.
• Define asset governance, including naming, versioning, and refresh cycles for all commercial materials.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to capture outcomes and proof from current work.

Requirements

• Must be based in Tunisia.
• Strong structuring and writing ability with a talent for creating credible commercial narratives.
• Demonstrated experience in sales enablement, proposal/bid work, or content operations.
• Genuine command of AI tools and agentic workflows (e.g., Claude Code, Codex-style agents).
• Ability to build AI-assisted workflows, template systems, or knowledge bases.
• English: C1+ required for strong written communication and async collaboration.

Nice to have

• Practical understanding of prompt and agent configuration.
• Experience with markdown, GitHub, Airtable, and document/deck design tools.
• Taste for visual design in commercial materials.
