AI Enablement Lead (AI)

Location: Remote, Cambridge, United States

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 per year

What you will do

• Identify business problems where AI can create meaningful operational impact.
• Build and ship AI agents, workflows, automations, prototypes, applications, and integrations.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to understand processes and deliver practical solutions.
• Develop a network of AI champions through pairing, office hours, and workshops.
• Help shape security, data, and governance guardrails for AI usage.
• Create reusable playbooks and patterns for repeatable AI implementation.

Requirements

• Track record of independently building and shipping technical AI solutions that people use.
• Experience with AI-assisted development or vibe-coding tools for prototypes, automations, applications, or integrations.
• Fluency with modern LLM concepts and tooling, including prompting, agents, skills, MCP, and workflow design.
• Strong product and consulting instincts, including root-cause analysis, trade-off evaluation, and constructive challenge.
• Ability to take solutions from discovery through prototyping to production readiness and involve deeper engineering support when needed.
• Credible communication skills with both frontline teams and executives.
