What you will do

• Manage commercial construction contracts and bonding documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and submit accurate AIA billing packages (G702/G703) and maintain Schedule of Values.
• Track project milestones, retainage, and payment documentation to ensure cash flow health.
• Maintain project records and documentation within Buildertrend or similar management platforms.
• Coordinate communication between clients, contractors, vendors, and municipalities.
• Support pre-construction activities and provide operational updates during project meetings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial construction project support.
• Hands-on experience with AIA Billing (G702/G703) and construction bonding processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work during U.S. Business Hours.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience with Buildertrend or similar construction management software.
• Background in landscaping or construction project management.
• Basic accounting or bookkeeping experience within the construction industry.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and project tracking tools.
