Project Manager (VoIP/Networking)

Location: Remote from Colombia, Argentina, Mexico, El Salvador, Costa Rica, or Honduras; working hours aligned with the U.S. Central time zone from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.

Salary: $2,000–$3,000 USD monthly base salary; final offer depends on expertise, experience, and skills.

What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of Project Coordinators responsible for customer implementations and project delivery.
• Manage the full lifecycle of VoIP, ISP, and network deployments across multiple customers and locations.
• Coordinate Project Coordinators, field technicians, provisioning, engineering, support, accounting, sales, vendors, carriers, and subcontractors.
• Maintain client relationships and serve as the escalation point for complex concerns, risks, and delivery issues.
• Monitor project health, timelines, milestones, KPIs, and blockers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Improve project documentation, workflows, handoffs, and delivery processes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of project management experience and experience managing multiple projects from planning through completion.
• Previous experience managing, supervising, or directly leading a team.
• At least 3 years of customer-facing experience supporting U.S.-based clients.
• At least 1 year of experience in Telecom, ISP, MSP, IT Services, Networking, or Low Voltage environments.
• Experience coordinating vendors, carriers, subcontractors, and technical teams; familiarity with networking concepts and technical service delivery.
• English level: C1 required; resume must be in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with project management, ticketing, CRM, and collaboration tools such as Utiliko.
