TL;DR

Strategic Account Manager (Sales): Own end-to-end relationships for critical enterprise accounts, driving customer value while building the upsell path that grows hirify.global’s footprint. Focus on leading cross-functional delivery without direct authority, managing complex renewals/expansions, and positioning a product portfolio for where customers are today and where they’re heading.

Location: Remote (USA) — Bay Area / San Francisco Bay Area, CA

Salary: $160,000–$180,000 per year

hirify.global is an AI-powered revehirify.global architecture platform unifying CPQ, billing, and revehirify.global lifecycle management.

What you will do

  • Own executive relationships across multiple organization levels at major AI labs and AI-native enterprises.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (product, engineering, sales engineering, support, and services) to deliver customer commitments.
  • Manage large, complex renewals and expansions.
  • Sell across a portfolio of products and align solutions to customer needs and future direction.
  • Run account plans, stakeholder maps, and cadence across multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Share customer-driven insights with engineering and product teams to improve the platform and solution set.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years in strategic sales and/or account management.
  • Proven history of quota over-performance.
  • Experience with large (6–7 figure), multi-stakeholder transactions.
  • Ability to drive cross-functional leadership without direct authority.
  • Executive presence with both technical and business audiences.
  • Bay Area / San Francisco Bay Area, CA based.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling enterprise SaaS/AI system-of-record technology (e.g., CRM, ERP, or complex technical sales).
  • Experience working with large AI labs, GenAI, or AI-native enterprises.
