Salary: $115,000 – $145,000 Annually

What you will do

• Provide real-time support for anomaly events across the lunar network and troubleshoot issues with customer engineering teams.
• Execute face-to-face customer testing of baseband RF communications and network interfaces.
• Onboard customers to the lunar network by deploying configurations and performing end-to-end testing.
• Coordinate with global technical teams to design and implement long-term space-ground communication solutions.
• Support the overall lunar engineering team in the deployment of lunar products and systems.

Requirements

• US Citizenship or Permanent Resident.
• Eligibility to maintain a US DoD SECRET Clearance.
• 5+ years of SATCOM experience developing or testing space-to-ground RF systems (narrowband TT&C and wideband mission data).
• Deep technical competency in RF communication systems, including modulation/demodulation and front-end data processing.
• Experience in real-time troubleshooting of customer issues within highly complex systems.
• Hands-on experience with RF testing tools: digitizers, converters, software modems, signal generators, and spectrum analyzers.

Nice to have

• Experience with space data standards such as CCSDS and DVB-S2.
• Knowledge of spread-spectrum, ranging, and Doppler measurements.
• Experience deploying networked systems to transport digital IF over IP.
• Proficiency in Linux CLI and shell scripting.
• AWS or Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect certifications.
• Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.
