Salary: $135,000 - $175,000

A Series C space startup building high-power satellite platforms for commercial and government missions.

What you will do

• Manage payload integration across the full satellite lifecycle from proposal to on-orbit commissioning.
• Serve as the primary technical interface for customers and internal engineering teams.
• Define and negotiate payload interface control documentation including mechanical, electrical, and software specs.
• Develop and execute payload interface verification and validation plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with vehicle, avionics, software, and AI&T teams.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in the aerospace or space industry.
• 2+ years of technical project management or systems engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with spacecraft or launch vehicle integration and testing.
• Strong understanding of satellite payload interfaces.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• Experience working directly with National Security customers.
• Active Top Secret or Top Secret SCI clearance.
• 8+ years of experience in the aerospace industry.
