What you will do

• Oversee all jobsite operations for compliance with contract requirements, including noise/dust control, non-interruption of Owner activities, and utility shutdown procedures.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Partner with the Project Manager on scope input, jobsite planning, and daily project reporting (including progress updates and closeout).
• Manage scheduling by reviewing and updating construction schedules to meet milestones and completion dates.
• Execute the company safety program: run daily safety inspections and ensure HSEQ compliance with local requirements (e.g., OSHA, USACE EM385.1.1).
• Drive between project sites as needed; occasional travel may be required.

Requirements

• 4+ years of construction industry experience with a commercial or industrial general contractor.
• Ability to manage resources including vendors, subcontractors, and time; prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear, concise, professional reporting and presentations.
• Ability to adapt to frequent changes in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience with tools/systems such as Microsoft Office, Procore, Adobe, and Bluebeam (or ability to adapt to them).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (E-Verify participation and Form I-9 process).

Nice to have

• Hospital experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
