What you will do

• Monitor and evaluate project-specific safety programs to ensure compliance with OSHA and federal regulations.
• Develop and maintain Site-Specific Safety Plans and Job Hazard Analyses.
• Conduct thorough safety investigations, collect data, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Lead and manage Site Safety Coordinators focused on equipment turn-in and property disposal.
• Provide safety training and guidance to employees to foster a proactive safety culture.
• Perform regular safety inspections and audits across various industrial and field environments.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and able to travel up to 75% of the time.
• 5-7 years of technical experience in safety management on government, military, or industrial logistics sites.
• OSHA 10 and 30 certification (General Industry).
• Ability to obtain and maintain Tier 3/Secret clearance and a Common Access Card (CAC).
• Valid state driver's license, proof of vehicle insurance, and a valid passport.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• CSP, ASP, or SMP certifications.
• Experience with military logistics, retrograde, or base closure operations.
• Forklift and HAZMAT handling certifications.
