Vibration Analyst (Manufacturing)

Location: Must be based in or near Sacramento, CA. This is an onsite/traveling role requiring U.S. Person status due to ITAR regulations.

Salary: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour

What you will do

• Conduct vibration testing programs for a variety of industrial equipment.
• Perform data collection, analysis, and interpretation of PdM technologies.
• Review customer specifications to support testing requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of all testing activities.
• Strictly adhere to internal QA policies and safety procedures.
• Interface with clients as part of a professional service organization.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) due to ITAR compliance.
• ISO Accredited Firm Category I-IV Vibration certification (Level I/II/III).
• Strong mechanical skills and proficiency with computers.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen.
• Ability to travel for extended periods and work shifts up to 12 hours/day, 7 days/week.

• Infrared experience.
• Offline Motor Testing experience.
• Experience with Emonitor Vibration Software.
