What you will do

• Administer and maintain Salesforce environments, including Sales Cloud, configuring custom objects, validation rules, and Lightning apps.
• Create and maintain advanced automation solutions using Salesforce Flow and declarative platform capabilities.
• Manage user access, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and monitor overall platform health and adoption metrics.
• Provide L2 and L3 production support, troubleshooting incidents, and coordinating root cause analysis across technical teams.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable low-code Salesforce solutions.
• Support release management processes utilizing CI/CD and DevOps tools while mentoring junior administrators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience in enterprise environments.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud and advanced Salesforce Flow.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, or DevOps Center.
• Fluent English proficiency (read, write, and speak).

Nice to have

• Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder Certifications.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Advanced Approvals.
• Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Experience supporting Marketing Automation platforms like Marketo, Eloqua, or HubSpot.
