What you will do
- Administer and maintain Salesforce environments, including Sales Cloud, configuring custom objects, validation rules, and Lightning apps.
- Create and maintain advanced automation solutions using Salesforce Flow and declarative platform capabilities.
- Manage user access, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and monitor overall platform health and adoption metrics.
- Provide L2 and L3 production support, troubleshooting incidents, and coordinating root cause analysis across technical teams.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable low-code Salesforce solutions.
- Support release management processes utilizing CI/CD and DevOps tools while mentoring junior administrators.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience in enterprise environments.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud and advanced Salesforce Flow.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, or DevOps Center.
- Fluent English proficiency (read, write, and speak).
Nice to have
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder Certifications.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Advanced Approvals.
- Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
- Experience supporting Marketing Automation platforms like Marketo, Eloqua, or HubSpot.
