What you will do

• Provide administrative and operational support for Design Engineering Managers and their respective teams.
• Manage onboarding for new engineers, including registration, assigning learning paths, and producing weekly training compliance reports.
• Review and process IE Change Requests, create IECOs for approved CRs, and issue IECNs upon completion.
• Support the design-to-order (DTO) engineering process to maintain customer lead times and quality expectations.
• Perform internal audits of Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure Supply Chain and ERP system integration.
• Generate routine reports from the Mechanical Engineering schedule dashboard and coordinate project communication.

Requirements

• Technical institute certificate or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Experience with database management, SharePoint, and ERP systems.
• Familiarity with engineering or manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of production and documentation requirements.
• Fluent in English (written and oral).

Nice to have

• Ability to sustain automated IECR–IECO–IECN flows and Power Automate scripts.
