What you will do

• Manage end-to-end sales and purchasing processes, including customer billing and vendor invoice validation.
• Create proposals for customers and purchase orders for vendors, ensuring efficient tracking and management.
• Coordinate operational communications between global and local management teams.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to create, update, and monitor customer project structures and budgets.
• Provide administrative support across operations, marketing, and human resources departments.

Requirements

• Experience in sales operations for multi-national customers and business administration.
• Proven track record of working within a global organization.
• Bachelor's degree (Degree in Business, Economics, or Law is an advantage).
• English: Fluent proficiency (Speaking, Reading, and Writing) required.
• Time Zone: Must be available to work during U.S. business hours.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain high performance under pressure.
