Application Integration Analyst

Application Integration Analyst (EHR/Interoperability): Support hirify.global interoperability solutions with an accent on Point-to-Point (P2P) integrations, external connectivity workflows, and end-to-end integration lifecycle readiness. Focus on troubleshooting customer-reported integration issues, coordinating cross-functional/vendor workflows, executing documented testing/validation, and maintaining integration documentation and runbooks.

What you will do

• Act as the primary support resource for P2P integrations and interoperability solutions.
• Monitor, triage, investigate, and coordinate resolution of customer-reported issues and integration alerts.
• Use Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Jira to document, track, and manage support requests and enhancement opportunities.
• Coordinate troubleshooting and integration lifecycle activities across Product, Engineering, Operations, vendors, and customer technical teams.
• Develop and execute testing scenarios, test scripts, and validation procedures; support regression testing and go-live readiness.
• Create and maintain integration documentation, workflow diagrams, testing artifacts, runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and interface mapping records.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting healthcare technology/IT, interoperability solutions, laboratory systems, EHR platforms, or related healthcare applications.
• Experience working directly with customers, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and follow-up skills.
• Experience using ticketing, project management, and support management systems; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
