Compensation: $140,000 – $200,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own the strategy for industry conferences and sponsorships across key verticals.
• Design high-impact event formats including executive roundtables, panels, and field events.
• Partner with Sales to build pre-event targeting, outreach, and post-event follow-up motions.
• Integrate events into broader marketing campaigns including content, social, and ABM.
• Measure event performance and iterate on playbooks to improve future programs.
• Manage producers, agencies, and vendors to ensure high-quality execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of event marketing experience planning and executing corporate events.
• Proven track record of building event programs that drive measurable pipeline.
• Experience designing event formats and developing content for senior audiences.
• Strong partnership skills with Sales teams to convert attendees into opportunities.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events and timelines.
• Flexibility to accommodate regular travel for nationwide or international events.
