What you will do

• Create clear product messaging and positioning to ensure consistent communication across the organization.
• Collaborate with Product teams to influence the roadmap and define market positioning for new features.
• Develop sales enablement materials, training programs, and assets to help teams close deals.
• Drive customer expansion strategies to increase usage and investment from existing clients.
• Build repeatable, scalable processes for product launches and releases.
• Ensure alignment across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of product marketing experience in high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
• Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, Product, and GTM teams.
• Experience building and scaling processes within a dynamic startup environment.
• Deep expertise in messaging, positioning, and bringing products to market.
• Strong revenue-focused mindset with an understanding of sales funnels and customer buying processes.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
