What you will do

• Own the expert point of view for AI, Cloud, and Security solution offerings.
• Design solution products, including scoping audience, problem statements, and business outcomes.
• Develop 12-18 month roadmaps for solutions aligned with AI market shifts.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to support strategic enterprise deals.
• Iterate solution designs using data, learner insights, and cohort experiments.
• Manage SMEs to translate complex technical knowledge into high-quality learning paths.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 8+ years of experience in curriculum development, instructional building, or technical content.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies and organizational adoption.
• Proven track record of launching packaged solutions in a SaaS or services context.
• Experience in blended learning design integrating on-demand, VILT, and program management.
• Ability to partner with enterprise sales to close multi-stakeholder deals.
