What you will do
- Own the expert point of view for AI, Cloud, and Security solution offerings.
- Design solution products, including scoping audience, problem statements, and business outcomes.
- Develop 12-18 month roadmaps for solutions aligned with AI market shifts.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to support strategic enterprise deals.
- Iterate solution designs using data, learner insights, and cohort experiments.
- Manage SMEs to translate complex technical knowledge into high-quality learning paths.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA
- 8+ years of experience in curriculum development, instructional building, or technical content.
- Deep understanding of AI technologies and organizational adoption.
- Proven track record of launching packaged solutions in a SaaS or services context.
- Experience in blended learning design integrating on-demand, VILT, and program management.
- Ability to partner with enterprise sales to close multi-stakeholder deals.
