What you will do

  • Lead mortgage and protection teams to deliver compliant, responsible, and value-added customer experiences.
  • Coach and develop leaders and advisers to improve customer relationship management and performance.
  • Collaborate with Consumer Growth performance teams and business partners to land priorities at pace.
  • Utilize data and market insights to simplify customer journeys and improve overall outcomes.
  • Maintain high accountability for risk and conduct, embedding a customer-obsessed culture.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience leading mortgage and protection teams within a regulated financial services environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams through coaching and performance management.
  • Strong track record of ensuring fair and compliant customer outcomes in highly regulated sectors.
  • Ability to use data and storytelling to influence decisions and meet commercial objectives.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with digital or AI-enabled capabilities to enhance team performance.
  • Experience contributing to the delivery of commercial plans through execution leadership.
