What you will do

• Investigate suspected fraudulent claims and policies using various intelligence tools.
• Produce intelligence-based reports and products to reduce claim losses.
• Collaborate with Investigators, Underwriters, and law enforcement agencies to improve fraud savings.
• Handle, analyze, and evaluate highly confidential datasets and documents.
• Report fraudulent activity to counter-fraud agencies and provide evidence or witness statements.
• Ensure adherence to DPA, FCA, TCF, and other regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Knowledge of claims or underwriting best practices, risk management, and compliance.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to provide robust advice based on data.
• Excellent written communication skills for relaying complex information in reports.
• Inquisitive mindset with an interest in emerging online and social networking trends.
• Right to work in the UK: Minimum 1 year remaining on Graduate or Post-Study Work visa (no sponsorship offered).
• Experience using fraud detection tools and intelligence analysis software.
