Location: Sevenoaks, UK - hybrid working available

Salary: £27,000 - £35,500

What you will do

• Investigate suspected fraudulent claims and policies using various intelligence tools.
• Deliver intelligence-based products to reduce claim losses and provide support to claims/policy teams.
• Conduct advanced investigations, analyze confidential datasets, and produce detailed reports.
• Report fraudulent activity to counter fraud agencies and provide evidence or witness statements.
• Maintain professional relationships with intelligence suppliers, professional bodies, and law enforcement.
• Ensure all activities adhere to DPA, FCA, TCF, and other regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK or have a valid visa: only applicants with at least one year remaining on a Graduate or Post-Study Work visa will be considered (no sponsorship available).
• Knowledge of claims or underwriting best practices, specifically in risk management and leakage control.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to relay complex information in written reports.
• Experience using fraud detection tools and intelligence analysis software.
• Minimum of 1 year in Intelligence or Counter Fraud Investigations is preferred.
• Ability to pass DBS and financial background checks.
