What you will do

• Lead product direction for major areas of the finance super app.
• Define priorities, roadmaps, product standards, and success metrics across multiple features or squads.
• Guide PMs, Product Owners, designers, and engineers toward clear execution.
• Oversee product development for insurance, payments, savings, investing, and travel services.
• Translate regulatory, operational, and business constraints into practical product decisions.
• Foster a product culture centered on speed, user value, and honest measurement.

Requirements

• Strong experience leading digital product areas beyond individual features.
• Ability to balance strategy, execution, UX, data, and business outcomes.
• Proven judgment in prioritization, trade-offs, and product sequencing.
• Must be based in the UK to support a hybrid work model.
• Strong English communication skills for collaboration across global teams.
• Ability to thrive in high-ambiguity, fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Experience leading or mentoring PMs, POs, and cross-functional squads.
