What you will do
- Lead product direction for major areas of the finance super app.
- Define priorities, roadmaps, product standards, and success metrics across multiple features or squads.
- Guide PMs, Product Owners, designers, and engineers toward clear execution.
- Oversee product development for insurance, payments, savings, investing, and travel services.
- Translate regulatory, operational, and business constraints into practical product decisions.
- Foster a product culture centered on speed, user value, and honest measurement.
Requirements
- Strong experience leading digital product areas beyond individual features.
- Ability to balance strategy, execution, UX, data, and business outcomes.
- Proven judgment in prioritization, trade-offs, and product sequencing.
- Must be based in the UK to support a hybrid work model.
- Strong English communication skills for collaboration across global teams.
- Ability to thrive in high-ambiguity, fast-paced environments.
Nice to have
- Experience leading or mentoring PMs, POs, and cross-functional squads.
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or other regulated consumer applications.
