TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Malaysia). Must work from the office at least 3 days per week.

What you will do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, investing, and travel.
- Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams.
- Convert complex financial products into simple and usable customer journeys.
- Utilize data, research, and production feedback to drive product decisions and iterations.
- Balance trade-offs between speed, user experience, business impact, and operational complexity.
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, or growth operator.
- Strong English communication skills are required.
- Ability to work deeply with engineers and designers to ship real products.
- Proficiency with metrics, user feedback, and post-launch experiments.
- High level of ownership and ability to drive work with limited guidance.
- Must be based in Malaysia and able to work from the office at least 3 days per week.
