TL;DR

Product Manager (Fintech): Owning product areas within a finance super app covering insurance, payments, and savings with an accent on user experience and data-driven iterations. Focus on simplifying complex financial workflows and driving fast execution from problem definition to launch.

Location: Hybrid (Malaysia). Must work from the office at least 3 days per week.

What you will do

  • Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, investing, and travel.
  • Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams.
  • Convert complex financial products into simple and usable customer journeys.
  • Utilize data, research, and production feedback to drive product decisions and iterations.
  • Balance trade-offs between speed, user experience, business impact, and operational complexity.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, or growth operator.
  • Strong English communication skills are required.
  • Ability to work deeply with engineers and designers to ship real products.
  • Proficiency with metrics, user feedback, and post-launch experiments.
  • High level of ownership and ability to drive work with limited guidance.
  • Must be based in Malaysia and able to work from the office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer apps, or high-growth products.
