What you will do

• Drive the digital product vision and strategy across stakeholders, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and regulatory frameworks.
• Manage and coach Product Owners on product lifecycles, roadmapping, and value realization.
• Oversee prioritized backlogs of user stories and epics in Jira for Agile squads.
• Collaborate with users and stakeholders to translate needs into product requirements and value propositions.
• Supervise team activities and performance to ensure delivery of the business plan.
• Implement departmental policies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in Technology functions or Digital organizations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Expertise in Product Management and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and prioritize complex tasks.
• Must be based in or able to work in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
