What you will do

  • Take technical ownership of defined process chain sections and products in series production and pilot phases.
  • Analyze and resolve product issues to ensure stable performance and quality in series production.
  • Implement manufacturing concepts and optimize key KPIs such as yield, rework, cycle time, and cost.
  • Collaborate with global Development & Engineering teams to review and adjust product specifications.
  • Perform risk analyses for changes and support NPI (New Product Introduction) projects.
  • Manage technical documentation and work orders for changes and trial parts using SAP.

Requirements

  • Degree in natural sciences or engineering (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Production Technology).
  • Initial professional experience in a technical manufacturing or production environment.
  • Proficiency in Six Sigma, SPC, PDCA, and Continuous Improvement methods.
  • Experience in risk analysis and change management.
  • Familiarity with SAP for managing work orders and technical changes.
  • Fluent proficiency in both German and English.
