What you will do

• Lead die-level DC and RF testing of active and passive silicon photonic devices.
• Perform FMA, DVT, and reliability testing on integrated silicon photonic and RFIC subsystems.
• Develop and maintain automated test software using version control tools like Git.
• Optimize test stations and implement automation to increase measurement efficiency.
• Provide technical feedback to design, NPI, and manufacturing teams to improve product quality.
• Supervise and train engineering staff on optoelectrical measurement best practices.

Requirements

• PhD or MS in electrical engineering, physics, or a relevant field.
• In-depth knowledge of semiconductor physics, electromagnetics, and optical communications theory.
• Proven expertise in testing optoelectronic devices at die, module, and system levels.
• Solid experience with test automation and ATE software development.
• Understanding of device reliability and module-level qualification standards.
• Must be based in Berlin, Germany as this is an onsite role.
