What you will do

• Lead the transition of products from prototyping to mass production, identifying and resolving scaling bottlenecks.
• Partner with R&D during the prototyping phase to champion Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Assembly (DFA) principles.
• Define technical requirements and manage RFPs and functional specifications for custom automation equipment and robotics.
• Manage capital expenditure (CapEx) budgets and lead Factory and Site Acceptance Testing (FAT/SAT) for new machinery.
• Design and optimize production layouts, material flows, and integrate Industry 4.0 smart manufacturing strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of manufacturing and process engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, including at least 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven track record of successfully launching new products (NPI) in collaboration with R&D teams.
• Deep understanding of automated assembly, robotics, PLC programming, or vision systems.
• Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo), Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience conducting DFMEA and PFMEA to identify and mitigate production risks.
