Senior/Staff Product Designer (Virtual Clinics)

Location: London, hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office

Annual salary: £85,000–£115,000 GBP

What you will do

• Lead complex 0→1 product design initiatives and create scalable frameworks and systems.
• Translate ambiguous product and data challenges into clear, user-centred experiences.
• Design features, end-to-end flows, and experiments aligned with user needs and business goals.
• Create prototypes and high-fidelity mock-ups using Figma and advanced prototyping tools.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content designers.
• Mentor designers, provide craft guidance, and advocate for accessible, inclusive, and ethical design.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience designing mobile applications.
• Portfolio demonstrating systemic design, advanced interaction design, motion and micro-interactions, and measurable product impact.
• Experience creating scalable frameworks, contributing to design systems, and developing interaction models.
• Proficiency in Figma and advanced prototyping tools such as ProtoPie.
• Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, mentoring, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Commitment to accessibility, inclusion, and ethical design practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI- or LLM-powered design exploration.
• Experience in health tech or regulated industries.
