TL;DR
Product Manager (CRM): Managing CRM products and platforms to optimize omni-channel communication for millions of travelers with an accent on lifecycle engagement and retention. Focus on designing triggered communication, conducting A/B tests, and evolving MoEngage capabilities to drive bookings.
Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Cambridge, MA and work from the office 3 days per week
Salary: $130,000 - $150,000

What you will do
- Own the CRM agile team’s backlog, translating marketing and product requests into clear PRDs and sequencing work to increase bookings.
- Lead agile ceremonies including refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure consistent delivery.
- Oversee the end-to-end pipeline for CRM initiatives from discovery and design through implementation and QA.
- Build and evolve CRM capabilities in MoEngage, focusing on triggers, journeys, segmentation, and personalization across multiple channels.
- Design and ship transactional and triggered communication aligned with user intent and retention strategies.
- Analyze performance using SQL and A/B testing to validate ideas and monitor guardrail metrics.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Product Management experience with a focus on CRM, lifecycle, retention, or growth in B2C or e-commerce.
- Hands-on experience with MoEngage (strong plus) or similar platforms like Braze, Iterable, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Solid understanding of CRM strategy, including transactional communication and omni-channel journey design.
- Proficiency in writing basic SQL and using experimentation to guide product decisions.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
- Ability to collaborate with engineers on technical topics like APIs, event tracking, and data flows.
