What you will do

• Own the data product roadmap, aligning priorities with business goals and enterprise data strategy.
• Partner with data engineering on data modeling, pipeline design, and scalable architecture decisions.
• Maintain a prioritized product backlog with clearly defined epics and stories using Agile delivery practices.
• Lead discovery efforts through stakeholder engagement and usage analysis to identify high-value opportunities.
• Champion data governance standards, including data quality, lineage, cataloging, and access management.
• Define and monitor adoption, data quality, and business impact metrics using KPIs and OKRs.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to work in the office 5 days a week in Seattle.
• 2+ years of experience in data product management, analytics, or data engineering.
• Proven experience delivering data products end-to-end and measuring success through KPIs and OKRs.
• Data literacy including working knowledge of SQL, data modeling, data pipelines, and BI tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Analytics, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with data governance, metadata management, and data accessibility best practices.
• Strong understanding of Agile product delivery and backlog management in technical environments.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with data engineering and business stakeholders.
