What you will do

• Lead project teams in delivering bespoke algorithms and high-stakes AI solutions for life science clients.
• Design core data science approaches and robust software architectures for new engagements.

• Collaborate with commercial teams to shape project scope and ensure technical feasibility.
• Contribute to thought leadership via public speaking, courses, or open-source projects.
• Implement project lifecycle best practices to guarantee high-quality, impactful delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London, UK.
• Senior experience in a professional data science position or a quantitative academic field.
• Fluent Python programming skills, specifically with NumPy, Pandas, and PyTorch.
• Deep expertise in core data science paradigms, including supervised/unsupervised learning and NLP.
• Ability to translate business problems into rigorous mathematical frameworks.
• Strong project planning skills, including technical feasibility assessment and timeline estimation.
