What you will do

• Design and deliver scalable machine learning models that drive measurable business impact.
• Own the complete end-to-end ML delivery lifecycle, including data exploration, feature engineering, tuning, and maintenance.
• Collaborate within cross-functional teams of data scientists, software engineers, and product managers.
• Propose innovative data products leveraging extensive datasets and state-of-the-art algorithms.
• Build tools, frameworks, and libraries to accelerate ML product delivery and optimize workflows.
• Actively contribute to the AI and ML community, fostering a culture of rigorous experimentation.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a similar quantitative discipline.
• Proficiency in Python and open-source data libraries (Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-learn).
• Proven experience productionizing machine learning models.
• Expertise in predictive modelling, classification, regression, optimisation, or recommendation systems.
• Experience with Spark and DevOps technologies such as Docker, Terraform, and MLOps platforms like ML Flow.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and CI/CD processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with the transport industry or Geographical Information Systems (GIS).
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure.
• Understanding of NLP algorithms and experience with Large Language Models (fine-tuning, RAG, agents).
• Experience with graph technology and algorithms.
