What you will do

• Join the Integrity team to protect the platform from fraud and misuse.
• Identify and validate high-quality expert participants through verification systems.
• Work with cross-functional teams to find and model useful signals for participant quality.
• Translate promising research and ideas into production-ready solutions.
• Shape the problem space for verification, defining hypotheses and experiments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience applying ML, AI research, or data science to real-world problems.
• Deep expertise in applied ML, statistics, or data science (e.g., risk modelling, LLM detection, RL).
• Python skills sufficient to build, test, and iterate on working prototypes independently.
• Ability to translate ambiguous product problems into clear hypotheses and metrics.
• Must be based in the UK.

Nice to have

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Maths, Statistics, ML, or a related field.
• Experience working alongside product and engineering teams.
