What you will do

• Lead the development of scalable and efficient ad measurement models for advertiser investments.
• Utilize Generative AI, Causal Inference, NLP, and Computer Vision to measure ad impact across platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to productionize scientific solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement of ML models through iterative testing and optimization.
• Mentor junior scientists and contribute to the scientific community via presentations and patents.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree with 6+ years of applied research experience.
• 3+ years of experience building machine learning models for business applications.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C/C++.
• Strong knowledge of neural deep learning and general machine learning methods.
• Must be located in or able to work from New York, NY

Nice to have

• Experience with R, scikit-learn, Spark MLLib, MxNet, Tensorflow, numpy, or scipy.
• Experience with large scale distributed systems such as Hadoop and Spark.
