Investment Banking Analyst II (Leveraged Finance & Debt Advisory)

What you will do

• Conduct detailed credit analysis and due diligence on prospective borrowers.
• Build and maintain sources-and-uses, pro forma capitalization, cash flow, LBO, and credit statistics models.
• Prepare internal screening and underwriting memos, client pitches, teasers, investor presentations, confidential information memorandums, term sheets, and lender models.
• Support transaction execution through data room management, lender due diligence responses, and engagement tracking.
• Collaborate with senior LFDA bankers and industry and product groups to deliver debt capital raising and advisory solutions.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in leveraged finance, debt capital markets, private credit or direct lending, restructuring, credit research, or leveraged finance credit risk.
• Demonstrated proficiency in LBO, three-statement, and debt schedule modeling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure and tight timelines.
