Senior Paralegal (SaaS)

What you will do

• Review and process standard agreements, including NDAs, employment, and independent contractor agreements, within defined turnaround times.
• Lead recordkeeping and filing processes for domestic and international corporate subsidiaries to ensure 100% compliance.
• Oversee the signature process and maintain accurate commercial contract and due diligence databases using AI to improve efficiency.
• Partner with the General Counsel to provide administrative and project support for M&A, financings, and IP portfolio maintenance.
• Analyze risk in contracts and communicate potential issues to relevant internal stakeholders.
• Identify bottlenecks in current legal workflows and implement practical solutions to improve team efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience with Carta for equity and stock plan administration.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to utilize Gemini or other AI tools to optimize legal operations.
• Must be based in Mexico or Brazil.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple simultaneous projects autonomously in a remote environment.
